Utilize of Robotic Process Automation to automate Pharmacy Workflow Processes in Medication Delivery Service

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) was used to create a software bot that extracts delivery order information from electronic order forms to automate delivery scheduling and queue issuing tasks in pharmacy systems. Another bot was also created to screen prescriptions for urgent medications, such as antibiotics, to prevent treatment delay due to lead time requirement for medication delivery.
